Ten pregnant females of albino rats were treated with in trauterine injection of a 0,2 M solution of K oxamate (0,25 ml/foetus) at 14th day of gestation. The pyruvate rate was determinated in foetuses omogenate. A significant increase of pyruvate rate was observed in foetuses of ovarian district (Table I, fig. 2). A interpretation of this process is suggested.
